1952
The Malaysian Registry of Ships is regulated by the Merchant Shipping
Ordinance 1952. It is compulsory for all Malaysian ships to be registered
pursuant to the MSO unless exempted by the said Ordinance. The latest
amendments made by the Merchant Shipping Act 1998 provide for a Malaysian
international ship registry (MISR). The port registration for Malaysia Internal
Shipping Registry is located at Labuan.
Sakura
Ship was register at Labuan under Malaysia International Ship Registry. The IMO
number is 9247106. It is The Gas Carrier (LNG) ship that will trade
international. The trading area including Singapore (SLNG) Cooperation and
Thailand (PTTLNG). The existing LNG ship that own by our company is Rose Ship and
Orchid Ship. Both of the ship is involve in international trade. Therefore, for
Malaysia International Ship registration, the Ports of registry is at Labuan.
Newly built ship of our company is LNG Sakura Ship. The ship was built at
Ichihara, Japan. Name and address of the builder is Mitsui Ichihara Engineering
and Shipbuilding. The value of the ship is $37 billion.

specifically designed to handle the low temperature of LNG. Currently, more
than 136 ships world-wide transport in excess of 120 million metric tons of LNG
annually to global locations. The majority of conventional LNG tankers have a
